In addition to cookies, the Platform uses your browser's local storage areas. This data is not automatically sent to the server and is only stored in your browser.

Note: Local storage data can be viewed and deleted from your browser settings or developer tools (Developer Tools → Application → Storage). Deleting this data may cause loss of your session information and form drafts.
5. Legal Basis for Cookies
Under GDPR / ePrivacy Directive
- Strictly necessary cookies: These are exempt from consent requirements under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive as they are strictly necessary for the provision of the service explicitly requested by the user.
- Functional, analytics, and marketing cookies: These require your prior consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). These cookies are only placed on your device after you give consent.
Under KVKK (Turkish Data Protection Law)
- Strictly necessary cookies: Used without consent under KVKK Article 5/2-f (legitimate interest).
